Adding Your Signature to Your Account

Some jurisdictions, such as Canada, require a signature as part of the tax receipt.

At The Chesed Fund, we have you upload a photo of your signature in your account settings page so we can include it on the tax receipt we send on your behalf, if you qualify as a tax deductible organization.

A simple way to upload your signature is to sign a piece of paper and then upload a photo or scan of it. Scanning has the advantage of looking better and matching the white background of the receipt.

Another option is to use an online tool like this one to create a digital version of your signature, then save it to your computer and upload it to your Chesed Fund account.
